Prices displayed on the website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) for convenience and reference, based on the BTC/ZAR exchange rate from Luno. However, all payments are accepted in Bitcoin only. Payments are processed through our self-hosted BTCPay Server connected to our own node. We do not accept card payments, and we do not collect, process, or store customer card details on this website. Customers are responsible for ensuring that payment is made to the correct Bitcoin or Lightning invoice provided at checkout. An order will only be confirmed once the required payment has been successfully received.

6. Orders

Placing an order through this website does not guarantee acceptance of that order. All orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance by us.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse or cancel any order
  • limit quantities purchased
  • cancel orders where product information, pricing, or stock availability was incorrect
  • cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframes shown on the website, but delivery times are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, supplier delays, weather, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
